Still, Trixie was confirmed, and Sombra most likely will find a vessel to attack back on the empire.

New episode, This mirror pool is going to return, clearly. Also, it had 1 or possibly 2 pony.mov references. Both during the "real Pinkie test" scene. One was when one of them made fingers on her hoof (see magicmov) and the other one was when one of them made a face, which looked like the G1 ponies. (see party.mov). I rest my case.
